My fantasy when looking at this photo is that he just finished a high school fight against an opponent who knew enough to both put him in a full nelson (which he muscled out of) and to work that ab section a few times. But our hero still won, although it wasn't easy by any means. He recovers while looking at the defeated one, just a bit winded.
